Biomechanics: Optical Laser Cutting Computerized Calibrated Design for Precise Biomechanis in
our Gym Equipment. Accurate Resistance Cams are engaged to provide the weight Centre of
mass throughout Range of Motion.

Gym Equipment Frames: We use finest quality raw material 50mm x 100mm, 50mm x 50mm x
2.5mm/3.0mm (ISI) Bright steel tubing sections. All our products are imported directly from
the international firms providing best in class bright iron tubing sections which are fully capable
to withstand the heavy load operations required in the working of the fitness machines.

Powder coating(3 layer): All our products are coated with an Electro-statically engineered
Textured Powder Coating. It is Scratch proof and durable for longer period of time. Both Gloss &
Matt finish avaialble at our gym equipment factory unit premises in Delhi.

Upholstery: Luxurious leather upholstery with 4 inches thickness available in a large range of
fabric color to choose from. In addition to that we have options for the dual shade feature in
which our users can opt for the twin shades of fabric to be used in the formation
of a single piece of upholstery.

Cables: Heavy Industrial grade Martin tested nylon coated Cables with 2000 kg lifting capacity
error free and safe workouts. These cables are of inside core of 5mm that has high industrial
grade potential to tolerate maximum weight at extreme conditions which is a common practice at
fully enabled commercial gym setups.

Welding: Seamless Welded Construction for Risk-Free operation of Strength equipment
manufactured in India. We have deployed CNC robots to perform this task as that provides the
best finishing possible over the steel frame section and makes it perfect for the further treatment of
powder coating process.

Pulley wheels: All the gym machines are fitted with 4″ & 6″ diameter nylon pullies having sealed
double Ball Bearings that makes our fitness equipment have smooth operation throughout their
lifespan.
